You’ve probably been through a lot, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. If you're feeling stuck in the aftermath of trauma, childhood abuse, grief and loss, difficult relationship patterns, anxiety, or low self-esteem, I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can heal at your own pace. I work with adults, adolescents, and children, and I believe healing is possible at any stage of life.

Together, we may utilize EMDR, a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps your brain and body reprocess traumatic memories so they feel less overwhelming. We’ll use Narrative Therapy to explore societal messages (including identity, worth, success, and belonging) that have become internalized in painful ways. We’ll challenge those external pressures, and write new narratives that reflect your true values, voice, and identity.

Whether you're carrying pain from the past or feeling stuck in patterns today, trauma in any form can leave deep wounds. But it doesn’t have to define you. Together, we will process painful memories, build safety within yourself and in relationships, and reconnect with a deeper sense of self that feels whole and grounded.
